Hotel Main Entrance Extension

Clifton Park Hotel, located in Lytham St Anne's have recently received full planning approval by the local authority for a new main entrance extension, designed by Carter-ZUB.

The project will consist of demolition of their existing single story frontage and replacement of a new larger single story extension. The extension consists of new feature stone columns, copping's and stairs. The frontage will have large architectural glazing and new main entrance double siding doors.  Two water fetures will be introduced to the front and extenal seating areas. 

Internally the reception area will be having a refurbishment opening up the existing space providing a traditional and exciting new space for new customers to relax and enjoy their stay.

Carter-Zub provided feasibility and full architectural design for the first initial stages and submitted a full plans application. Now successfully receiving approval we have been appointed to develop the design further and send the works out to tender acting as contract administrator and principal designer for the project.

• Stage 2 – Detailed design and submission of full planning application for the final proposal.
• Stage 3 – Develop detailed design and tender package.
• Stage 4 – On site contract administration/project management/ principal designer role.
