Carter-Zub appointed for - new build apartment block, social housing and retail development!
We are delighted to be working with a developer (Arch Property Developments) providing our architectural design service for a site in Blackpool. The client has recently purchased a plot of land which had approval for a new build 36 apartment development. This application has expired. We have now been appointed providing the following services for a new development comprising of a minimum 12 apartments/mews houses, possible commercial retail units and social housing.
Above you can see some early conceptual designs for the site prepared by Carter-Zub. We have currently proposed four feasibility options for the development which vary in design, layout and use. These early conceptual visuals are perfect for developers to fully understand each feasibility option at such an early stage of the development and aid them with the final decision as to which way they would like to develop the site.
We offer a professional consultancy service from concept through to completion.
Stage 1 – Architectural design feasibility study.
Stage 2 – Detailed design and submission of full planning application for the proposals.
Other services we have offered for the developer for later stages:
Stage 3 – Develop detailed design and provide construction drawings (Design and Build Package).

Providing the services indicated in the Pre and Post Contract sections of the works and Construction Design Management (CDM) duties are fulfilled.
